1. No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Since we provide customized software services, all payments made after service completion are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a service has been delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases:
  • If MindHuntz is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the client cancels the service before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • If there is a billing error (such as duplicate charges), we will process a refund after verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once work has started, cancellations will be subject to service completion and resource allocation costs.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Any third-party processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
