1. No Refunds for Completed Services
- Since we provide customized software services, all payments made after service completion are final and non-refundable.
- Once a service has been delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases:
- If MindHuntz is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the client cancels the service before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- If there is a billing error (such as duplicate charges), we will process a refund after verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients can request cancellations before work begins by contacting us at info@mindhuntz.com.
- Once work has started, cancellations will be subject to service completion and resource allocation costs.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
- Any third-party processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
